FLIPDock_beta Version 0.4
Applications focusing on receptor side chain flexibility are definitely the type of applications for which support is best in FLIPDock. What we expect from beta testers is an understanding that some this software is not fully tested yet and for them to keep in touch with us and provide us with feedback (good or bad) that will help us improve the software. Ideally, beta testers would be users how have experience with more mature docking software such as AutoDock for instance, but this is not a requirement.
If you feel like test drive FLIPDock 0.4 beta, download and fax the license agreement (see below) to us. The download instruction will be sent to you once we get the fax. The first batch of download instruction was already sent out. Please let us know if you sent the fax but didn't get the instruction.
FLIPDock is available as Linux binaries. Please let us know is you need support for other OS.
Academic Availability
FLIPDock is free to academics and educational institutions for non-commercial use. The stand-alone binaries and the python /C++ source code will be provided. You and an institutional representative, such as your Head of Department, are required to sign and return a Software Distribution Agreement. Then you will be sent instructions by email on how to download the software from The Scripps Research Institute.
